Dreaming of a hunt like no other? This is your chance at a once-in-a-lifetime hunt: The bighorn sheep lottery is open now to Nebraska residents.
Enter for the chance to harvest a full-curl ram in the beautiful Pine Ridge this December. The lucky permit winner will enjoy up to four days of free guide service from Game and Parks staff and up to four days and nights of meals and lodging at Fort Robinson State Park.
The application period ends Aug. 6, and the permit will be drawn later that month. Proceeds from the lottery are a critical source of funding for bighorn conservation efforts in Nebraska.
