Illinois: Committee to Hear FOID Increase & Private Transfer Ban

On May 27th at 9:00AM, the Illinois state House Judiciary Committee will hear House Floor Amendment 2 and House Floor Amendment 3 to Senate Bill 1966.  They would impose various gun control schemes in Illinois, such as criminalizing private transfers and increasing the cost and red tape for a FOID card.
