West Virginia: Parking Lot Protection Bill Heading to Governor’s Desk

Yesterday, the West Virginia state House of Delegates concurred with House Bill 4187 as passed by the state Senate.  Now, HB 4187 will head to the desk of Governor Jim Justice to await his signature.  Please contact Gov.
