House Bill 1077, the constitutional carry bill, has received an assignment to the Senate Judiciary Committee. Last year, the House passed similar legislation, also by an overwhelming majority, but the Senate refused to hear it in committee. This year, the same committee refused to allow a vote on another constitutional carry bill.
