South Carolina: Open Carry Advances to Senate Floor

Earlier today, the Senate Judiciary Subcommittee issued a favorable report to House Bill 3094, to legalize the open carry of handguns.  In the afternoon, the full Senate voted to pull it directly to the floor for floor debate next week.
