Arkansas: Self-Defense Clarification Legislation Heads Back to the Senate for Concurrence Vote

Yesterday, the Arkansas House passed pro-gun legislation, Senate Bill 573. After receiving an amendment in the House, the measure will be sent back to the Senate for a concurrence vote sometime early next week.
