West Virginia Next Committee Hearing For Important Preemption Bill

On February 3rd, the West Virginia Senate Judiciary Committee will hear Senate Bill 96 to strengthen West Virginia’s preemption law. The Senate Government Organization Committee previously heard SB 96 on January 16th.
