NSSF Renews Pennsylvania’s Heritage Guild Five-Star Range Rating
NEWTOWN, Conn. — The National Shooting Sports Foundation® (NSSF®), the trade association for the firearms industry, is pleased to announce that The Heritage Guild[1] of Easton, Pennsylvania, has earned its highest Five-Star rating for range excellence.
Located about 17 miles outside the bustling city of Allentown on the New Jersey-Pennsylvania border, The Heritage Guild boasts four separate ranges, an eight-lane 75-foot tactical range, a six-lane 75-foot rifle range and 10- and five-lane 50-foot handgun ranges. More than 140 firearms are available to rent, including full-autos, but one of the range’s biggest draws is its F.I.R.E. System, a high-tech, live-fire interactive range system that utilizes cameras to project changing target scenarios. F.I.R.E. provides real-time data capture that system users can use to improve their shooting skills, and it’s often used for friendly competition gatherings at The Heritage Guild Events Center.
The robust range facilities are supported by an amply stocked retail store carrying more than 2,000 firearms in new inventory. The Heritage Guild is the area’s premiere SIG Sauer Elite Dealer, with a store-within-a-store concept featuring exclusive SIG Sauer products. The store also capitalizes on the used and collectible firearms markets, with nearly 1,400 previously owned firearms in stock between its Easton location and two sister stores in Branchburg and Rahway, New Jersey, all of which can be researched through Heritage Guild’s online inventory. A fully stocked archery store and attendant 10-yard indoor archery range complements the store’s focus on hunting traditions and accommodates all levels of archery shooters from beginners to experts. A full curriculum of training classes for archery and firearms available through its Training Academy highlights a dedication to safety
