Two Great Resources for Fall: NSSF’s LetsGoShooting.org and LetsGoHunting.org
NEWTOWN, Conn. — If you’re a hunter or a target shooter – or both – then this is quite possibly the most wonderful time of the year. Hunting seasons are in full swing, and beautiful fall days are the perfect time for a trip to the shooting range.
In its ongoing efforts to better connect consumers with the resources they need to get involved and stay involved with hunting and the shooting sports, the National Shooting Sports Foundation® (NSSF®) recently added LetsGoShooting.org and LetsGoHunting.org to its stable of public resources.
LetsGoHunting.org[1] was created to be the go-to resource for all things related to firearms safety, hunter safety and the pursuit of game. Those new to hunting or looking to get more involved in the sport will find a wealth of information about all kinds of hunting, from squirrels, rabbits and ducks to deer, turkey, elk, antelope and everything in between. They’ll also find gear reviews, how-to articles, a video gallery and tips for success from some of the country’s top outdoor writers. There is also information concerning tags and licensing for all 50 U.S. states, including those states that offer apprentice hunting licenses. The “Where to Buy[2]” section links hunters to the retailers carrying all the firearms, ammunition and accessories they need, and a special link to bird hunting preserves makes finding one easy.
LetsGoShooting.org[3] was created to be a go-to resource for all things related to target shooting and firearms safety. Those new to firearms and the shooting sports, especially those who haven’t yet taken their first shots or purchased their first firearm, will
