National Shooting Sports Month Ends With Bang-Up Numbers
NEWTOWN, Conn. — With the conclusion of the 2nd annual National Shooting Sports Month®, which took place throughout the month of August, it’s clear that the National Shooting Sports Foundation® (NSSF®) has developed a sure way to get people involved in the shooting sports.
More than 1,000 events and promotions were hosted by nearly 500 shooting ranges and firearms retailers and more than 75 partner companies, organizations and state agencies. NSSF’s brand-new LetsGoShooting.org[1] served as a hub of National Shooting Sports Month events and promotions, the Trigger Time Sweepstakes and countless resources for people of all skill levels.
