NEWTOWN, Conn. — MidwayUSA Foundation has signed on to be an official partner of the +ONE® Movement, a mentorship initiative developed by NSSF[3]®, The Firearm Industry Trade Association, that focuses on peer-to-peer-driven development in shooting sports[4] and hunting[5]. The +ONE Movement is an initiative developed by NSSF in response to studies showing millions of people want to know more about hunting and target shooting. The initiative encourages communities across the nation to participate in mentorship related to firearm safety, firearm basics, shooting sports and hunting. The MidwayUSA Foundation[6] is a 501(c)(3) public charity working to sustain and grow shooting sports by providing long-term funding to youth shooting teams. Every donation made is tax-deductible and allows the foundation to assist in expanding and enhancing the leadership skills, confidence and discipline of today’s youth through shooting sports activities. They support all shooting disciplines. “Collaborating with NSSF and becoming an official partner of the +ONE Movement is very exciting for us,” said Danielle Farris, MidwayUSA Foundation Marketing Manager. “The goal of this movement to introduce more of our youth to shooting sports aligns perfectly with the mission of the MidwayUSA Foundation, which is committed to helping communities fund their youth shooting teams and activities. Growth of shooting sports is not only a win
