Thurlow, England – -(Ammoland.com)-The Countryside Alliance is holding a number of Country Clay Days to support and raise funds for our Campaign for Shooting.
The Great Thurlow Clay Day is taking place on the magnificent Great Thurlow Estate, by kind permission of the Vestey family. I hope you can bring a team of four and encourage all your shooting friends to bring a team to support the Campaign for Shooting.
This special sporting and social event, which is for a maximum of 30 teams of 4 guns, will consist of 5 simulated game drives. 12 and 20 Bore Cartridges will be provided for all competitors. Coffee and bacon sandwiches will be served from 8.30am, where teams will also need to register.
A briefing for all teams will take place at 9.15am, after which teams will depart for their respective stands. On completion of shooting, there will be a champagne reception followed by a three-course lunch with wine during which there will be the presentation of prizes.
The cost per team of four guns is £1,000, to include cartridges, lunch, and wine. There are also a small number of additional tickets available for non-shooting friends wishing to attend. These are at a cost of £70 a head, to include refreshments on arrival, the champagne reception, and lunch.
Your support and that of your shooting friends and colleagues is more important than ever.
