Hugo, MN –-(Ammoland.com)- Held at the Villinsberg Shooting Range in Karlskoga, Sweden, the second IPSC Rifle World Shoot took place last week hosting 669 competitors from 37 countries. With six days of competition and thirty stages, JP’s shooting team secured numerous notable finishes, especially in the crowded Open division:
- Kelly Neal (USA): Gold Senior, Shoot-Off Senior Winner & Bronze Senior Team (Standard)
- Riley Kropff (USA): Gold Junior & Shoot-Off Junior Winner (Open)
- Teemu Rintala (FIN): 4th place & Gold Team (Open)
- Lanny Barnes (USA): Bronze Lady & Gold Ladies Team Winner (Open)
- Dakota Overland (USA): 4th Lady (Open)
- Kurt Miller (USA): Top Super Senior & Bronze Senior Team (Standard)
- Gustav Persson (SWE): 13th (Open)
- Vegard Fredriksen (NOR): 15th (Open)
JP Enterprises is extremely proud to have such world-class rifle shooters as part of their shooting team. Members Kelly Neal and Kurt Miller are personal friends of JP founder, John Paul and have represented JP for over twenty years. Meanwhile, younger members like juniors Riley Kropff and Dakota Overland have only been shooting professionally for a few short years.
While JP Enterprises has always prided itself on popularity with professional rifle shooters around the world, these high placements are amazing encouragement for the small Minnesota manufacturer. “After one of our shooters [Teemu Rintala] took the gold at the last World Shoot, it was great to see so many more Team JP members participate this year,” said John Paul. “It’s really the World Series for the serious action rifle shooter, and I’m very proud of the team we’re fielding.”
JP looks forward to a
